Common questions before you book
The essentials on arrival, payment and your stay — answered briefly, so nothing stands between you and your escape.
Check-in is available around the clock: you collect your key yourself from the key box right next to the entrance. Please let us know your approximate arrival time and your mobile number no later than one day before arrival — on the day of arrival we'll send you the 4-digit PIN by SMS or WhatsApp. Your room is ready for you from 3:30 pm. On your departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 11:00 am.
When you book online, you pay the full amount securely and instantly via Stripe — by credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, as well as EPS, iDEAL, TWINT or Bancontact. On site we accept cash, debit and credit cards.
Payment details in our termsYou can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. After that, for stays of up to 3 nights we charge the booked arrangement, and from 4 nights onward 3 days of your stay. Cancellations must always be made in writing. If you paid in advance online, we refund the amount minus the cancellation fee to your original payment method.
See all cancellation termsNo, our prices do not include the local visitor's tax. It currently amounts to € 4 per person per day; children up to the age of 15 are exempt.
More in our termsYes, your dog is most welcome — for € 28 per day (food not included). Only the dining room and the lawn have to remain dog-free; owners are liable for any damage.
More in our termsWe're happy to arrange a pick-up through our taxi partner — from Innsbruck Airport for around € 80, with other destinations on request. If you're travelling by public transport, the free NaturTrip app brings you comfortably right to our door.
Yes, gladly. It's best to let us know about gluten or lactose intolerances in advance — our kitchen adapts flexibly to your personal needs. For guests with allergies we also have a thoughtful concept in the rooms, for example with the bed linen.
We're glad to note your room preferences and do our best to accommodate them. We can't firmly guarantee a specific room number, however.
