With Maria Schweitzer our house became Europe's first certified organic hotel more than 30 years ago — long before „organic“ was a word for the menu.
Her natural cuisine of purely organic ingredients lives on to this day: our kitchen reinterprets it day after day, with the same commitment to authenticity and care.

Today the Pirktl family runs the house with a small, close-knit team — with the care only a family business knows. Here you are a guest, not a room number.
