Over these days we refresh our senses together with classic postures, breathing and relaxation exercises, experiencing yoga as a source of strength and joie de vivre that helps us shape our lives from a new perspective.

Enjoy your days away in the special atmosphere of our small, fine organic hotel and treat yourself to a retreat in the powerful nature of our Alpine landscape.

Alongside the yoga sessions, Bernhard and Maria put together a varied supporting programme — perhaps an excursion to Innsbruck or a shared hike on and around the Mieminger Plateau.
