Prize Draw — Annual Raffle

The prize draw in short

Everyone who fully completes our feedback questionnaire (the “well-being barometer”) after a stay at Biohotel Schweitzer automatically takes part in our annual prize draw, free of charge. The prize: 4 nights for 2 people in a double room incl. half board & Day Spa at Biohotel Schweitzer. The draw takes place in early January for the past calendar year.

Organiser

Participation

• Open to adult guests who have fully completed the feedback questionnaire for a stay at Biohotel Schweitzer.
• Every completed questionnaire counts as one entry — guests who stay several times a year and give feedback each time hold several entries.
• The calendar year in which the questionnaire was completed is decisive (1 January to 31 December).
• Participation is free of charge and not tied to booking through any particular channel.
• The content of your feedback has no influence whatsoever on your chance of winning — honest criticism and warm praise go into the same pot. The draw relates exclusively to our own questionnaire, not to reviews on public portals.
• Employees of the organiser’s group of companies and their relatives are excluded from participation.

The prize

• 4 nights for 2 people in a double room incl. half board & Day Spa at Biohotel Schweitzer.
• Redeemable subject to availability within 12 months of the winner notification; excluding the Christmas and New Year’s period.
• No cash alternative, not transferable, no exchange.

Draw and notification

The draw takes place in early January by lot among all entries of the past calendar year. The winner is notified by email to the address on file with the booking. If we receive no reply within 14 days, we reserve the right to redraw. The win is not announced publicly.

Privacy

To run the prize draw we only use data that already exists for your stay and questionnaire (name, email address, stay dates) — solely to determine and notify the winner. Everything else is governed by our privacy policy.

Other

Legal recourse is excluded. The organiser reserves the right to adapt or discontinue the prize draw for future years; entries already earned in the current year remain unaffected. Questions? Write to us at info@biohotel.at.
