Prize Draw: Annual Raffle

The prize draw in short

Everyone who fills in our feedback questionnaire (the “well-being barometer”) after a stay at Biohotel Schweitzer can enter our annual prize draw free of charge at the end, with the button “Submit questionnaire and enter the prize draw”. The prize: 4 nights for 2 people in a double room including half board and Day Spa at Biohotel Schweitzer. The draw takes place in early January for the past calendar year.

Participation

• Open to adult guests who submit the feedback questionnaire for a stay at Biohotel Schweitzer with the button “Submit questionnaire and enter the prize draw”.
• By entering, you agree to receive the Biohotel Schweitzer newsletter by email. Entry is not possible without this consent. You can also submit your feedback without entering the prize draw.
• Every entry counts as one ticket. Guests who stay several times a year and enter each time hold several tickets.
• The calendar year in which the questionnaire was submitted is decisive (1 January to 31 December).
• Transition: questionnaires completed before the entry button was introduced take part in the January 2027 draw automatically, as before.
• Participation is free of charge and not tied to booking through any particular channel.
• The content of your feedback has no influence whatsoever on your chance of winning — honest criticism and warm praise go into the same pot. The draw relates exclusively to our own questionnaire, not to reviews on public portals.
• Employees of the organiser’s group of companies and their relatives are excluded from participation.

The prize

• 4 nights for 2 people in a double room incl. half board & Day Spa at Biohotel Schweitzer.
• Redeemable subject to availability within 12 months of the winner notification. Nights from 20 December to 6 January are excluded.
• No cash alternative, not transferable, no exchange.

Draw and notification

The draw takes place in early January by lot among all entries of the past calendar year. The winner is notified by email to the address on file with the booking. If we receive no reply within 14 days, we reserve the right to redraw. The win is not announced publicly.

Privacy and newsletter

For the prize draw we only use data that already exists for your stay and questionnaire (name, email address, stay dates), to determine and notify the winner. We record your newsletter consent with the time of your entry. You can withdraw it at any time, via the unsubscribe link in every newsletter or with a short email to info@biohotel.at. Your ticket stays in the draw even if you withdraw your consent. Everything else is governed by our privacy policy.

Other

Legal recourse is excluded. The organiser reserves the right to adapt or discontinue the prize draw for future years; entries already earned in the current year remain unaffected. Questions? Write to us at info@biohotel.at.
